When you use the demo on this site, or message our WhatsApp number, we process the content of your conversation and — for WhatsApp — your phone number, so the assistant can reply. Voice demos are processed as audio in order to transcribe and respond.
Solely to operate the assistant, to reply to you, and to improve the quality of the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Conversations are processed by our service providers — Retell AI (voice and chat), Cloudflare (hosting) and, for WhatsApp conversations, Meta Platforms. They act on our instructions under their own terms.
Demo conversations are retained for up to 90 days for quality and troubleshooting, then deleted.
Write to info@idphotoby.ai to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Send STOP on WhatsApp to end the conversation at any time.
This service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
